With over 25 years leading product strategy in enterprise and growth-stage SaaS, and over 10 years commercializing AI --I’ve helped scale organizations from startups to mid-stage to global platforms. As a former hands-on product leader & executive, I’ve built and led teams, launched AI-driven features, driven product-market fit transformations. Likewise, I've partnered with CEOs, investors, and board members to modernize legacy product lines, introduce AI-driven features/products, expanded portfolios, launch data products, integrate M&A solutions, establish strategic partnerships, and all aspects of product lifecycle management.

 

My background spans B2B and B2B2C platforms in martech, adtech, ecommerce, compliance tech, data/analytics, and enterprise risk management. With AI-powered solutions experience in analytics, voice & digital virtual assistants, image recognition, workflow automation, and generative AI agents — always grounded in execution, enablement, and strategic clarity.   • Desired Outcome: Deploy a unified voice and digital virtual agent that handles common support inquiries, payment transactions, collections interactions, and others—while minimizing live-agent handoffs and protecting sensitive information in real time.

  • Action Taken Ran conversational analytics on call transcripts to identify the top intents across support, collections, and payments. Designed virtual agent including dialogs and fallback strategies for each use case. Built both voice flows and web-chat bots using in-house NLU engines. Collaborated with data science team on real-time PII redaction to automatically mask sensitive data. Coordinated all aspects with GTM, legal and security teams.
